Resumen
This Final Degree Project focused on service-learning, has been developed in the line of research on the affordability of a healthy diet for humans and the planet, motivated by the Declaration of the State of Climate Emergency of the University of La Laguna. To do this, a bibliographic review of various articles on food and its impact on the population and the environment has been carried out, comparing various levels to finally focus on the case of the Canary Islands. In turn, we have carried out a study where eating habits have been explored and the prices of food products analyzed taking into account the distinction between organic and non-organic products, and the point of sale, which can approximate the local character of the product. It has been claimed to be obtained together with other factors such as the economy and education, to obtain answers and possible solutions that can be established in the population and thus facilitate that change towards health.
